Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, tell us and we will make it right.
When you can return an item
You can return an item within 3 days of receiving it if:
- it arrived damaged or broken,
- it is defective and does not work as described, or
- we sent the wrong item or the wrong size or colour.
The item must be unused, with its original packaging and any accessories.
What we cannot accept
- Items damaged after delivery by misuse, dropping or normal wear.
- Items used, washed or altered.
- Returns requested after 3 days.
- Change of mind, unless we agree otherwise.
How to return
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Give your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
- We check the details and tell you what to do next. In most cases we arrange the pickup or tell you where to send the item.
- When the item reaches us and is checked, we send a replacement or refund your money.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to you by bKash, Nagad or cash, as agreed with you.
- Refunds are usually completed within 3 to 7 working days after we receive and check the item.
- Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is our mistake (damaged, defective or wrong item).
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel for free before the order is handed to the courier. Call or message us as soon as possible.
- If you paid with bKash or Nagad and cancel before shipping, we refund the full amount.
- Once the parcel is with the courier, please contact us. If it has not been delivered yet, we will try to stop it.
