We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Delivery time

Inside Dhaka: 1-2 working days. Outside Dhaka: 3-5 working days.

These are estimates. Orders are confirmed by our team before they ship, so please keep your phone available.

Delivery charges

Some products have free delivery. You will see the exact charge at checkout, before you place your order.

Payment on delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery. With Cash on Delivery you pay the delivery person when you receive your parcel. Please check the parcel before you pay.

Track your order

After you order, you get an invoice number. Enter it, or your mobile number, on the Track order page to see the status and the courier tracking ID.

If delivery fails

Our courier will call you before delivery. If they cannot reach you or the address is wrong, they will try again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel is returned to us and the order may be cancelled.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, please tell us within 3 days with photos. See our Return & Refund Policy.
