Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order you place with MJ Mega Mart. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when our team confirms it, usually by phone.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be reached, or the order looks fake.
  • Please give a correct name, mobile number and full address. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

Prices and availability

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • Stock is limited. An item is only reserved once your order is placed.
  • Product photos are for reference. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Payment

We accept: Cash on Delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery: you pay the delivery person when you receive the parcel. Please keep the exact amount ready.
  • bKash / Nagad: send the full amount to the number shown at checkout, then enter your sending number and transaction ID. We confirm the payment before we ship.

Delivery

Delivery times and charges are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays and courier delays.

Refused or unreachable orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the door without a valid reason, or we cannot reach you after several attempts, we may block future Cash on Delivery orders from that number.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, attempt to access areas you are not allowed to, or copy our content without permission. All text, images and logos on this website belong to MJ Mega Mart or its suppliers.

Limit of liability

We do our best to describe products accurately and deliver them safely. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on this page when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
